From film and music to comics – Europe House continues to support art during September.
This year, the European Union is supporting three major cultural festivals in Montenegro:
Herceg Novi Comic Book Festival (HSF)
From 5 to 10 September, Herceg Novi will becoms the European capital of comics. This 19th edition of the festival will include socialising with twelve special guests and dozens of other programmes, including exhibitions, music, and visual arts. As part of the festival, Europe House will present the second edition of the comic book Super Zvjezdana on 6 September.
International Festival of Alternative Theatre – FIAT Montenegro
The 40th Festival of Alternative Theatre – FIAT Montenegro takes place from 5 to 14 September in Podgorica, bringing together lovers of alternative theatre and innovative performance art from the region and beyond.
Džada Film Fest
From 1 to 7 September, the streets of Podgorica turn into open-air cinemas. The 10th edition of Džada Film Fest will showcase 34 films, music concerts, and children’s programmes, celebrating an authentic atmosphere and emerging film talents.
