The continuation of the workshop “Career Skills for the Future of Europe”, dedicated to empowering young people for the competitive European labour market, was successfully held at Europe House Bar.
The workshop focused on developing soft skills, preparing for interviews, and strategically positioning candidates in the labour market. Particular emphasis was placed on the clear, confident, and authentic presentation of professional competencies, as well as on recognising and effectively highlighting personal strengths.
Through practical examples, simulations, and interactive activities, participants had the opportunity to enhance their communication skills, build confidence in public speaking, and acquire concrete tools for presenting themselves to employers.
The aim of the workshop is to strengthen young people’s capacities to respond actively and confidently to the challenges of the modern labour market, particularly in the context of European integration and emerging professional opportunities.
