Za razliku od klica, mikrobilje se uzgaja na supstratu\u00a0 i mo\u017ee se konzumirati ve\u0107\u00a0 7- 15 dana nakon sjetve.<\/p>\n<p>Autorka: Danijela Despotovi\u0107, dipl. in\u017eenjer agronomije<\/p>\n<p>Mikrobilje je bogat izvor vitamina, minerala, aminokiselina i antioksidanasa. Utvr\u0111eno je da sadr\u017ei\u00a04 \u2013 60\u00a0puta vi\u0161e vitamina i minerala u odnosu na biljke u punoj tehnolo\u0161koj zrelosti. Ima va\u017enu ulogu u detoksikaciji organizma i ja\u010danju imuniteta, a kako se konzumira u svje\u017eem stanju ne dolazi do gubitka hranjivih materija koji bi nastao termi\u010dkom obradom.<\/p>\n<p>Atraktivnog\u00a0 je izgleda, razli\u010ditih tekstura i boja, vrlo intenzivnog okusa, od blagih slatkastih, kiselih do pikantnih i ljutih, zato je omiljena dekoracija i dodatak jelima svih svjetskih kuvara.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eemo ga koristiti u salatama, umacima, \u010dorbama, sendvi\u010dima, ribljim i mesnim jelima, kao dodatak smutijima sa vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em.<\/p>\n<p>Najpopularnije vrste su rotkvica, brokoli, bosiljak, rukola, p\u0161enica, gra\u0161ak, suncokret\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Za uzgoj mikrobilja vam ne treba veliko iskustvo, poseban alat ili oprema, dovoljno je imati kvalitetno sjeme, vodu, supstrat i malo volje.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-9902\" src=\"http:\/\/www.evropskakuca.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/organica-72-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/>Od\u00a0kvaliteta sjemena\u00a0zavisi i kvalitet uzgojenog mikrobilja. Sjeme koje se koristi za uzgajanje mikrobilja treba biti organskog porijekla. Pored sjemena, zna\u010dajan je i izbor supstrata. Najbolje je kupiti supstrat namenjen za uzgajanje rasada na organski na\u010din. Debljina sloja supstrata kre\u0107e se od 4 cm do 6 cm i zavisi od veli\u010dine sjemena. Prije sjetve, supstrat je potrebno zaliti\u00a0vodom.<\/p>\n<p>Uputstvo za uzgoj mikrobilja:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U odgovaraju\u0107u posudu staviti sloj supstrata debiljine 3-4cm i poravnati<\/li>\n<li>Prije sjetve potrebno je navla\u017eiti supstrat prskanjem vode iz prskalice<\/li>\n<li>Sjeme rasporediti po povr\u0161ini supstata gusto, ali voditi ra\u010duna da sjemenke ne prekrivaju jedna drugu<\/li>\n<li>Poprskati vodom i ostaviti sjeme pokriveno tako da bude u potpunom mraku 2-3 dana<\/li>\n<li>Otkrivati kada \u017eelite da zalijete, optimalno 3 puta dnevno<\/li>\n<li>Nakon klijanja, posudu sa sjemenom smjestiti na osvjetljeno mjesto i zalivati 1-2 puta dnevno<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>U zavisnosti od vrste biljke, optimalna temperature za klijanje i nicanje sjemena varira izme\u0111u 18-20\u00b0C. Folija\u00a0ima ulogu da zadr\u017ei vla\u017enost u zoni sjemenke i osigura bolje nicanje. \u010cim bilj\u010dice po\u010dnu nicati, folija se uklanja. Dalja briga se svodi na redovno zalivanje, ali ne pretjerano, jer ono mo\u017ee da dovede do pojave bu\u0111i i propadanja mikrobilja.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to proklija najvi\u0161e mu odgovara osvjetljeno mjesto, pa bi dobar izbor lokacije bio prozorska daska. Za zalivanje se preporu\u010duje destilovana voda ili voda sa \u010desme koja je odstajala 24 \u010dasa.<\/p>\n<p>Nadamo se da \u0107e uz ove korisne savjete uzgoj bilja biti zanimljiv i jednostavan na\u010din da pobolj\u0161ate va\u0161u ishranu.
