Samo kandidati koji u\u0111u u u\u017ei izbor bi\u0107e pozvani na intervju.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-key field: Local Event Officer (full time \u2013 minimum 330 working days)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place of the job: Bijelo Polje, Montenegro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Local Event Officer will contribute to conceptualising, creating, operationalising, coordinating and implementing all public information and communication events in the region covered by respective local Europe House in Bijelo Polje. S\/he will work in close coordination with Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader as well as the Campaign and Event manager to coordinate events, campaigns, activities and local EH signature events. Together with the Public Space Manager in Europe House Bijelo Polje, s\/he will also create, develop, organise and implement highly visible and attractive public events aimed at local audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each event and activity proposal will have to be submitted well in advance and coordinated with the Campaign and Event manager with clear and measurable objectives, key messages, and media and network engagement component.&nbsp; For each activity, s\/he will provide feedback (lessons learnt) and an evaluation report, which includes an analysis of the media coverage, outputs and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with the Media Relations and Information Officer, s\/he will devise a plan on networking and cooperation with the local media outlets, journalists, influencers and other relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\/he is expected to have experience in working with different target groups and\/or multipliers (civil societies, media, academia, government, business, other) at local level.&nbsp; S\/he will be responsible for all logistical requirements and practical aspects of event organisation in the local Europe House, outdoors and in other towns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\/he is expected to draft PR texts for the media, website, social media channels and similar. S\/he is also expected to produce post-event feedback and media monitoring reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tight deadlines and crisis management are part of the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Qualifications and skills<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree &#8211; where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three or more years of study in a university or equivalent institution or alternatively minimum 3 years of general professional experience in media\/communication or similar in addition to the years of experience required under \u201cgeneral professional experience\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of English and the local language;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>General professional experience<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in media\/communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Specific professional experience<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum two years of professional experience in event organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum one year of professional experience in writing \u2013 public speeches, articles, website content, news stories (including on areas of EU policies and EU integration process).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in organising large scale outdoor or indoor events, including knowledge of requirements, authorisations and procedures will be considered an asset;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in implementation of integrated communication campaigns will be considered an asset;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in social media management will be considered an asset;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in organising visibility communication campaigns\/events of EU funded projects, EU institutions or local prominent institutions promoting European integration process will be considered an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-key field: Local Social Media Officer (part-time)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expert will be responsible for communication through social media for respective local Europe House in Bijelo Polje. S\/he will be in charge of defining and implementing a strategy for social media, well integrated in the wider communication Strategy. S\/he will be in charge of all social media accounts and of the daily content update, posts, discussions, moderation and management of social media channels. S\/he will monitor activities and discussions and debates on social media and will report on it and propose way to adapt communication on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\/he will be based in the geographical area covered by Europe House Bijelo polje and be able to follow events live, take pictures, produce\/adapt\/disseminate videos\/reels.
